Our Story
Consolidated Construction Services and sister company, Utili-Comm South are trusted partners in Underground Construction specializing in Horizontal Directional Drilling. We build underground utilities in the following capacities: fiber, water, gas, and power. Our group has been in business for 22 years throughout various industries in Indiana, Kentucky, and Ohio. Over the past 20+ years working in the public environment, we have taken great pride in our services and strive to leave each and every customer satisfied with the work we have completed, no matter the size of the job.
Our Team
Our CCS-UCS team has a long history together throughout the years. Dannie Bueter, Vice President of Operations, just celebrated his 21st year with the company and several of his staff have been with us for over a decade. One of our employees, Tim Staton, has over 20+ years of experience as a project manager in water, gas, and power operations. We have over 15 drill teams operating daily capable of putting in over 75,000 feet of pipe a week. Whether it’s a Fiber to the Home (FTTH) initiative or an extensive long-haul build, our hard-working team can guarantee your pipe gets put underground. The corporate office is located in Gainesville, Georgia while the operations are based out of our newly built 8600 sq. ft. / 15 acre f facility in Falmouth, Kentucky. So far in the last 12 months, we have installed proximately over 2 million feet of pipe, placement, and splicing.

We are an Avetta Safety Star certified Company. Our team is consistently laying down miles of fiber each week. Throughout this process, we remain steadfast in adhering to all relevant OSHA regulations and industry code requirements, keeping our workers and the community safe
